It was a historical moment in the making for the gateway city as locals and visitors visited the new Outlet Shoppes of Laredo during its opening Thursday March 16, where shoppers had lined up outside, eager to see the new stores.
The mall has 51 locations, including restaurants and stores currently opened, but officials say other stores are still under construction and will be open soon.
